Daily tote files are downloaded and securely archived. The CHRIMS system loads the data for the prior day. Our data technicians balance and validate all data, then make it available to you by 10:00 am in whatever timezone you're located in. All cash transactions are stored in our database for historical analysis. The cash balancing tools are user friendly and efficient. This system eliminates the need for manual tracking, or the use of spreadsheets that are prone to human error.
Several locations are already utilizing the CHRIMS Money Room & Cash Vault System. As a CHRIMS customer you will have unlimited and secure access to your money room information.
The CHRIMS system has cut down on processing time by 16-20 hours per day. Every morning our handle is loaded and waiting. With all of the reporting features, we can analyze data and utilize our time wisely. Our AR aging has decreased and our Cash Flow has never been better.
