With over 25 years of experience managing 20+ workers in an office setting Shannon Sturms is a seasoned Office Manager that has brought positive change to CHRIMS. Her duties include responding to client needs, ensuring employee growth and satisfaction, as well as communicating with upper management about department needs. Shannon oversees all the administrative functions in the office. She directly handles all financials matters such as client billing, account receivables and payables, payroll and banking. If you have a “money” question she’s your gal! Shannon also manages our Human Resource Department, our Significant Players program for CMC, and does the accounting for CHRIMS and Pari Global Solutions. Shannon was born raised in the Bay Area. She started her Administrative Career 27 years ago by working for a small water heating company in Pleasanton, CA before joining CHRIMS 7 years ago. When she isn’t glued to a computer screen, Shannon enjoys crocheting, hunting for Pyrex, couponing, walking her 2 beloved dogs, and spending time with her husband and her two daughters.
