Cynde Neal joined CHRIMS as a Settlements Account Manager. She works with the settlements team in providing excellent customer service to CHRIMS’ clients with efficient and accurate invoicing, simulcast settlement services and cash collections with detailed focus on the customers’ bottom line. During her lifetime of horse industry experience, she has worked with California Horse Racing Board as a Supervisor of Licensing and later as Public Records Coordinator/Legal Affairs. She also worked as the Corporate Credit Finance Manager for The Blood – Horse Publications. Prior to moving to California, Cynde worked for The Jockey Club Information Systems and Equibase Company where she provided customers of the TRA uniform racing information and statistics. Cynde attended Mercer University and transferred to Western Kentucky University where she completed her B. A. in Public Relations and a Minor in Horse Science. She was a member and competed with the WKU Equestrian Team. She grew up in Georgia and has volunteer interest in equine rescue where she provided intensive care to horses affected by Hurricane Katrina. Other volunteer interests include working with at risk children and charity programs. Cynde enjoys her family, friends, animals as well as the outdoors.
